Less Stress Coaching

If you are struggling to juggle work commitments, family life, existing health conditions, or perhaps you’re at a point in your life where hormone levels are fluctuating and you feel your health and your emotions are all over the place, Less Stress Coaching offers a tailored, supportive approach to help you identify, manage and overcome these challenges.

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is a powerful tool I will integrate into our sessions along with other techniques such as EFT, visualisation and meditation, to transform negative thought patterns and emotional responses. Coaching is offered over Zoom so you can relax in the comfort of your own home, from anywhere in the UK.

Although Coaching can be useful as a one-off session, I have found that a program of 3 or 6 sessions work best as this allows us to identify limiting beliefs, work through those beliefs and then move forward using the tools and exercises we have covered in our sessions together.
